New updates for sponsor and consumer

Hello Team,

We have added two new features:

• My Profile: Now sponsor can display their email and contact number to their referrals.

                To activate this feature follow these steps:

                        My Profile >Profile > Show my details to referals! > Update Profile

• Consumer > Survey  (now survey will come with Paid or Free label)
